Norton is officially no longer supported for OS X so use it with caution under X 10.3 and beyond. Can't speak to the others! As for using it for anti virus software (especially Norton) -- it's NOT a wise idea to run anti-virus software on Macintosh since (a) there are NO KNOWN viruses and (b) anti-virus software often causes problems.
