Bob,

I remember mentioning an all in one unit.  I can't remember the thread 
it was in.  I believe Toshiba has a unit that takes LP input (and 
possibly tapes too) straight to CD but the cost was about $400-$500 if 
my memory serves me.  I'm not sure if the conversion was mpeg3 or ACC 
format.
