Perhaps the Executive should hold a meeting to throughly discuss this
matter and also the matter of a Forum which was discussed informally
last year on this list; they could of course add others to attend
this meeting without getting too large... probably not more than half
a dozen... if, as a result of this meeting, they felt it necessary
they could then form another committee to study the matter... but I
would strongly suggest starting the matter within the Executive -
surly that's one of their purpose... and this group of 3 should be a
very good starting point and can then inform the general membership
through this List of their findings...
