Thanks for the direction Eric and Tee. The reason I picked up the case was I thought I could 'cheat' and not have to install the hd into the iBook! Staples had the case on sale with a rebate a few weeks back. I bought the drive full knowing it was a laptop drive and Tee was kind enough to print out instructions, but once looked at realized it can be tricky. Oh well, maybe a project this summer or get the adapter. BTW - see Mostly Digital has the new Mac Mini's for $949 with SuperDrive. From what I see, it looks like you can hook it up directly to a (flat screen) TV (with the right connections)?
