I am not sure why they just don't consider charging
a nominal fee especially for Lone Elk and George Winter. Who wouldn't pay
.50 to go to Lone Elk or launch a jet ski at George Winter. (or to fish
at Suson Park, maybe a yearly pass for a few bucks) I would versus losing
these parks.
