Maybe you have answers to questions we haven't thought of yet. What do ya know?

Do you have any experiences, good or bad, with specific vendors? It sounds like you have dealt with vess before & I know that Krispy Kream donuts will donate a few doz donuts to good causes.

We have learnt from WOW4Mom that the GPS vendors , and larger outlets like months of advance notice of the event. I know from previous experience that dealing with the Alpine Shop is nearly not worth the trouble. They too want months of written advance notice, then the proposal is sent to the review people, they will think about and it and (most often) not get back with ya, but if they do, they have tons of cool stuff and is about the only place i shop for anything important.

sounds good pntball, however, Vess soda only can donate so much, they have a service quota. Get in with them early. For hotdogs, etc...try local grocery stores. Any more questions from the group? Got donation questions, I got answers! :-)
