Not to brag, but I'm probably the resident Palm expert.  E-mail me off-list and 
we'll get your problem sorted out (eventually).

FWIW, I worked for Franklin Covey for five years, and I cache with a Palm m515 
with a Magellan snap-on GPSr.  Between the Palm GPS and MobiPocket books 
containing the entire geocache webpage, I don't use paper at all, and only one 
(combined) electronic unit.  It's pretty darn sweet.
