I asked a question a while back about the "frisbee rule" and most said that
they would never use it to place a cache. I have my suspicions that people who
did reply and those that didn't weren't as forthcoming and honest as they could
have been, but that's another discussion...
Anyway...toward the end, I asked if caches placed on guardrails, street signs,
park benches, etc. utilized the frisbee rule as well. I got no
response...guilty consciences, perhaps? LOL...

Either way, since someone mentioned the frisbee rule again I will ask the
question again...are caches placed on those signs, rails, etc. governed under
the frisbee rule as well? I am sure that anyone here who has placed caches like
that didn't get permission from MODOT or any other governing agency to place.
