- Michael, While maybe I shouldn't, I look at guardrails, street signs, etc. along a public right of way (away from in front of people's houses) differently than I look at a most anywhere else. Lamp posts on a business's parking lot, or anywhere within a park, to me, screams for asking permission or at least notifying someone in authority. It's hard to find someone to ask for a section of public right of way. I still wouldn't hide an Ammo can anywhere unless I tell someone. Steve Bromley It's not only the destination, but also the path you take and the friends you make along the way. > -----Original Message----- > From: geocaching-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:geocaching- > bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Michael Rogers > Sent: 8 December 2008 Monday 7:49 PM > To: geocaching@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Subject: [geocache] [GeoStL] Guardrail, sign, lamp post caches... > > - > I asked a question a while back about the "frisbee rule" and most said > that they would never use it to place a cache.
