Michael,
While maybe I shouldn't, I look at guardrails, street signs, etc. along a
public right of way (away from in front of people's houses) differently than
I look at a most anywhere else. Lamp posts on a business's parking lot, or
anywhere within a park, to me, screams for asking permission or at least
notifying someone in authority. It's hard to find someone to ask for a
section of public right of way. I still wouldn't hide an Ammo can anywhere
unless I tell someone.

Steve Bromley
It's not only the destination, but also the path you take and the friends
you make along the way.
