- 1) Once you are used to Droid X, you will not wish to switch to other handset. The giant screen really glues you to the handset. And switching to smaller display of Evo 4G or even Droid 2 may be a turn off. I think the X would be my choice. 2) Droid 2 is not a grand upgrade of original Droid albeit comes with some significant improvements. It has 3.7 inch Touch Screen with 480×854 WVGA Display resolution. The device backs 16M colors. Unlike Droid X, it is loaded with Slide–Out QWERTY Keyboard. I didn't use the keyboard on my tilt, i like the onscreen keys of the iphone. Android 2.2 Froyo is the default OS of Motorola Droid 2. Something would really have to be wrong with the droid X for me not to get one. 3) If you cant stand the onscreen keyboard, the droid 2 would be a solid device.
