Hi all,
Rajmund, I have a router and a switch. The ethernet connection should
be the easiest connection to do on the Apex.
Did you create an account? Did you go to options and connectivity and
create a new dial-up or lan connection?
I don't think you'll need to send the thing back, you've just not told
it what kind of connection it is and whether it should get its own IP
address and so on.

hi,
for reasons beyond this post, I need to connect my apex to the network,
preferably through hard wire. in short, I need to track it's connection,
from connecting to success/failure. so here's what I've done so far. 1]
on windows 8.1, I have installed windows mobile center. 2] I know it
sees the apex, as I can view the registry of apex. but when I try to
connect, that never works.
so has anyone actually managed connecting this thing through USB, and
actually obtain an IP, is it back to humanware, or... trusty braille
sense?--
