Your print problem appears to be connected to the recognition of the printer by your BN so checking out the printer options in KeyWord with a different printer driver might change your luck.

A 2nd printer issue with the KeyPlan program seems to be a flaw in the printer cache. When I attempt to print a week of appointments only a couple of lines print. To print I have to repeat the process, but exiting out of the print cycle prior to the final print choice works as well.
