Dear list, I had posted this on the list, once before, but I didn't get any replies. However, this problem has increased greatly. It seems that whenever I plug the printer into my braillenote apex BT 32 via USB, it prompts me with "Printer ready," which is mormal. But, Then, it fleezes, and I end up having to reset my apex, and lose the work I have just completed. Therefore, when I turn it off, plug in the printer, and turn it back on, the apex still freezes, and shows a blank braille display. Also making me have to reset the unit. Any troubleshooting suggestions are always appreciated.
