Hi Steph,
If you talk to hw support and explaine your situation, you may be able to
get either a replacement unit or a new internternal SD card with the os
already install. I have a package coming from hw today so give them a call
and let them know that you are consirned and see what happens. I do think
the unit will get better over time, but as it is, it is in its infancy still
and do see that there defenetly some issues, but I have no dought that hw
will take what they here and figure out how to make it better.
Matthew

Subject: [BNU] Not happy with my new touch
Sent from my iPhoneHi all.
I have had my touch for about 2 months now and although it's great when it
works, I'm not happy. I've had to reset it to factory default twice now. 2
days ago, it started telling me "enabling keysoft" when I bot up, and I cant
get in to the touch at all. Tech support have no answers at this point.
