One thing about the Keymail problem in the Apex can be made a little easy. If
you get the prompt "operation completed successfully", it actually means the
reverse. Resetting doesn't take away the problem. With the following
description, know that you will lose all of your email, which is why I have
always encouraged people not to save a lot of email they may want to read.
From the main menu, press F, B. Go to the flash drive. Press Enter; go to
Keymail. Press Enter. Press space one time. Press Space with X, until you
see "list of hidden files." When you see emailfolders.cdb, press Backspace
with C to erase it. It will tell you it is a database, and will ask you if you
want to erase it anyway. Press Y. Go back to main menu. Press E, W. It will
tell you that email mail folders.cdb does not exist, so you would press Y to
create it. It will put you back in the "to" prompt. All should be well after
that.

Hello:
My Apex has been having this issue for some time. I have been back and forth
with Humanware about it for over a year now. At times the message, OPERATION
COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY, has moved into other Keysoft programs. I have plenty
of room on my device, have deleted the various databases and programs, but the
issue continues.
It is perplexing.
I am now using KeyMail on my Touch and ignoring it on the Apex.

Christina, resetting will not help you. If you want to write me privately, and
give me your contact number, we can fix you. You'll love the process! My email
address is: wwjdrs1953@xxxxxxxxx.

I have a BT 32 Apex and every time I go in to keymail to delete an email,
it
says, the operation completed successfully and will not allow me to delete
the email. Then when I try to go read the next email, it says there is no
new email. It also gives me an error message when downloading email, but it
says, error: the operation completed successfully. I'm getting tired of it.
I have a feeling my email database got corrupted somehow but can't see how
that would be possible. Anyone have any other ideas or theories? If my
database did get corrupted, I know I have to delete it and recreate it all
over again but does anyone know how?
Thanks,
