Hello:

My Apex has been having this issue for some time. I have been back and forth with Humanware about it for over a year now. At times the message, OPERATION COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY, has moved into other Keysoft programs. I have plenty of room on my device, have deleted the various databases and programs, but the issue continues.

It is perplexing.

I am now using KeyMail on my Touch and ignoring it on the Apex.

Christina, resetting will not help you. If you want to write me privately, and give me your contact number, we can fix you. You'll love the process! My email address is: wwjdrs1953@xxxxxxxxx.

Blessings,
Rhonda

Hi, Have you tried resetting your Apex? It happens sometimes.

I have a BT 32 Apex and every time I go in to keymail to delete an email,
it

the email. Then when I try to go read the next email, it says there is no
new email. It also gives me an error message when downloading email, but it
says, error: the operation completed successfully. I'm getting tired of it.
I have a feeling my email database got corrupted somehow but can't see how
that would be possible. Anyone have any other ideas or theories? If my
database did get corrupted, I know I have to delete it and recreate it all
over again but does anyone know how?

Thanks,
