Unfortunately that's not possible using the Vocalizer voices because you
have to use the Vocalizer app in order to change the default voice. You
can't change it through KeySoft. You can have multiple language profiles
with different voices for each one if you use BrailleNote Touch Acapella or
another engine that KeySoft can change the voice of, but I don't know if
there are any others. You might want to try some of the other ones like SVox
Pico.

Go to KeyUpdater, select "manage voices," download your preferred voice
and then change the TTS engine in language profiles.
