Make sure you have your Language Profile text-to-speech engine set to
Vocalizer. Go to the Main Menu and press A for All Applications. Press enter
and then press V until you get to Vocalizer Voices. Press enter on English
United States and then select the voice you want to use as the default voice.

Go to KeyUpdater, select "manage voices," download your preferred voice and
then change the TTS engine in language profiles.
