It seems that this freezing problem is a big one and hw really needs to take
a look at this and try t0o pin it down. I have had this prob;lem several
times and I just received a new internal SD card which I am going to put in
my unit and this should fix this problem as we believe to have nareled it
down to the sd card in the unit. I have been experiencing a probl.em whare
the unit will come up to he lock screen then speech would freeze which froze
the hole unit. As I said I have a replacement card which should fix the
problem. I am only guessing that hw should really take a look at this
problem and do some more testing as if this problem happens and you are
forced to send it in just for them to fix it then it is defenetlly a
problem. As for the comment I made about the touch being in its infancy, I
stand by that and it is hws first time experiementing with android. I do
agree that something needs to be done to make it a more stable product.

Has anyone from tech support suggested sending the unit back for examination
and/or repair? This definitely does not sound like expected behavior under
any circumstances.  I'll be interested in the thoughts of others.

I have had my touch for about 2 months now and although it's great when it
works, I'm not happy. I've had to reset it to factory default twice now. 2
days ago, it started telling me "enabling keysoft" when I bot up, and I cant
get in to the touch at all. Tech support have no answers at this point.
