You wneed to do a factory reset. Shut off the unit then hit the power button
and home button together it will take about 3-5 minutes but will boot into some
sort of restore option and you need to chose factory reset. This will wipe all
your data but it's the only way to fix the problem. This was what Humanware
told me to do.
