Hi Maithe,

You're right about there being something wrong here! Both synopsis are nonsense for the book in the collection. You had me worried when you mentioned it wasn't Robert Parker, as I'm a fan of his work and I'd downloaded the book, but I hadn't gotten to it yet. I took a look at it, and the book is definitely one of Parker's. I think perhaps whoever validated it should be a bit more careful when they're doing the synopsis, and I hope they didn't pull the synopsis verbatim from somewhere else. Hopefully, one of the staff has followed this thread and will ditch the synopsis. If not we can bring it to their attention.

Hi Dave, look at the long synopsis...it is a romance. I don't think Robert B. Parker writes romances. I went to Barnes and Noble and checked the synopsis and it belongs to the Robin Hatcher book. Something is wrong here. *G*

Hi Maithe,

If you're talking about the one that was recently posted to the New Books list, it's correct. Robert B. Parker did write that one. It's part of his Jesse Stone series.

Hi list,

I just realized that "Trouble In Paradise" is listed under the wrong author. Robert B. Parker did not write this book...Robin Hatcher did. It has been listed incorrectly.
