I don't know if ranked spelling is anything like my Replace, but if there's an option to match case, taht should solve the problem unless Early begins a sentence--which is possible, of course. When I'm not sure, I don't do a replace all but do just a replace, and then find next. I had a bad experience where I did a find all and the wrong words got changed. I had to make a list and go back and find them and change them back. Now I'm very careful.
