Ranked Spelling only shows misspelled words, so "early" wouldn't be there. It would be dangerous to do a mass replace, since some occurrences of "early" are probably not supposed to say "Carly". I suggest doing a find for "early", and replacing only the occurrences where the context indicates that it should say "Carly". I know this sounds tedious, but it really may not take too long, and it's the only way to make sure you replace only the words that are incorrect.
