[bksvol-discuss] source for checking citations

I'm excited!! I'm validating an excellent scan without
the print book. The only errors are in a couple of
citations, which are in the text as well as in the
bibliography, and which have words instead of authors'
names in a couple of places where they clearly don't
belong.

These are medical articles, and I doubted I could find
them online, but I googled anyway, and Wow! I
discovered that Google has a beta form of something
called "scholar' which enabled me to find exactly what
I was looking for.

One caveat--it may be that one can only access it
through a university. I was asked to sign in via UCLA
and my husband's id and password. But for those who
can use it, it's great.
