Dan Beaver, I completely agree with what you wrote. Kudos to Bookshare for
outlining exactly what will be needed from their volunteers in the future,
and frankly, shame on those of you who think that volunteering for this, or
any, organization is about self-satisfaction rather than working towards a
common goal.
