This is so bizarre. I looked at this book to make sure it was OK, and it
look fine. I don't know what happened to my file, but I'm going to have to
rescan that last third of the book. I'll let you know as soon as I get it
rescanned.

I was working on this book, and it appears that the second half or so is
missing. If the person who submitted it could put it up again and flag it
for me, I can get it done in fairly short order. I've read the other two
books through NLS and was glad to see this on the Step 1 page.
