Hi,
All that needs to happen is that one of them rejects the book that is up there, and resubmits the complete book. It won't hurt the validator, as the validator has her original file, and can append the end of the book to it, if she has already done work. No big deal.

I am not chastising you, but just warning you about this potential problem, as I was once warned about a similar suggestion to another validater.
Once again, this highlights the need for bookshare to work out a method for scanners and validaters to cooperate on a book without either jeopardizing their bookshare status or (tut tut) exchanging books privately. Talk about a catch 22, this is it.

I was working on this book, and it appears that the second half or so is missing. If the person who submitted it could put it up again and flag it for me, I can get it done in fairly short order. I've read the other two books through NLS and was glad to see this on the Step 1 page.
