I don't know about the rest, but I usually go to bed now-a-days at around
1.
When I was in college a few months ago I didn't have much of a sleep pattern
unless catching naps whenever counts? Now i share a room with one of my
sisters and out of respect for her foll time job, I go to sleep between
11-12.
I don't think I count as young anymore unless I plan on living well into my
100s.
You're as young as you feel so you might just do that. grin
