Not without backing up your document and playing with a copy so you don't create more problems. If you do that, you might next make sure you've set paragraph length to something like 1000 characters and do not respect line endings. Do this with no document loaded and then open yours. That might get rid of your hyphens. The thing it might also do is ruin your paragraphing.
You'd have to see.

Then open your document and see what it looks like. If ----- Original Message ----- From: "Kaitlyn Hill" <Kaitlyn@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hello Gary,

No, I am validating the book. It is in RTF format when I downloaded it from
BookShare. Any idea?

What version of K1000, and what type of book--standard paperback, hardback?
How are you holding and orienting it?

HI Gary,

Yes auto matic corrections and end of line hyphens are both enabled? Any
other ideas?

Check your K1000 settings to make sure that correcting end of line hyphens
is on.

Hello All,

I am not sure if this question got out to the list.

I am working on a book that has 100's of hyphens in it. They are mostly
at
the end of lines. I have run the spell checker in Kurzweil and it removed
about 40 of them but there are still tons of them.

How do others handle this when validating?
