Never heard of them but the Cache reference is a good one. I tested their database, informally, and the data model reference in the prior response is key. I have found that Cache, and a couple others like Aleri http://www.aleri.com/products/olap/index.asp make some very bold claims yet serve very specialized markets or industries, which, again, ties back to the data model. Has anyone ever heard of these guys? http://www.antssoftware.com/index.htm Someone just today pointed them out to me. They make some impressive claims for the performance of their product. They claim "performance 16-124 times greater than conventional database systems for update-intensive operations" That's quite a remarkable claim. Is Oracle (and others) really that bad, that ANTs can be that good?
