Hi Catherine.  If CJ Sampson does not necessarily see nor test equipment he
sells, then he should not claim that he does test and finds the equipment
working well.  Better to state that he is selling a gadget, condition
unknown.  He should also stick to his refund guarantee and not stonewall or
muddy the waters.  Yes, you have correctly observed: "his scruples in other
matters are "limited".
