[optacon-l] a weird way to work Optacon and write Braille simultaneously

This works for very short things. I have a strange way of writing Braille with
my left hand. Using thumb and fingers; many letters can be done. For the
trickier letters, you might have to do the left side of the letter and then
backspace to do the right side of it. A bit slow, but, as I say, doable for
short things. --Camille from CT
