The serial interface document is incomplete since there is at least one
incomplete sentence in that document. I got it from Charles Pond, and I sent
it on to other people on the list. I wouldn't really call it a manual since
I don't think it was officially released as one.
From the documentation section, you go to the optacon link; here is the list
