This is probably a little late but, I would try again.
I have a couple of Optacon II's that I had to send
back twice within a month. I also have an R1D that
needs to be repaired again (the battery is gone, so I
can't even use it when it is plugged in, the one thing
that I don't like about that model). I think I might
try sending it to Richard this time instead of the
person who I was sending it to.
