[optacon-l] Battery Reminder

Don't throw away any dead batteries from the Optacon II machines. The
repairers can replace the interiors so they work again but they need the
original housing. If anyone has extra non-working Optacon II batteries,
feel free to send them to Richard Oehm, Dave Godfrey, or Nigel Herring.
Other users can benefit from them.
