When Paul Thomas was still webmaster the Google & others were
proposed as
alternatives, but as usual there was no concensus & it still meant that
we needed a cheap host for the Web Site. What you are proposing is
exactly
what was supposed to happen before, but thanks for the suggestion,
which I
totally agree with.
That's where the Constitution is! The current version was approved by an
"online" vote by members in 1999. This version was very similar to the
original one. Hope this clarifies the situation somewhat.
