Hi Theresa, "Bounce" will cause the message to bounce back to the sender as undeliverable... handy if you get spam and don't want them to keep your email address on file as a valid one (especially since we all know that those "click here to unsubscribe" links are basically just VALIDATING your email address for them) "Redirect" is better than "Forward" in that the original message and any formatting will be sent to the new address you specify as if it had gone there in the first place. Then the new address/recipient can click "Reply" and reply to the original sender and not to your address (if you forwarded) I think that's about it.
