I dunno. My Rogers is only 39./month and I didn't have to buy a modem (got an "instant rebate" at time of installation). I have 3 computers and a printer all networked from it and it still smokes. I don't count my hours, but with my three high school kids, I guess we're running a combined total of 50-60 hours per week, no dial-up wait, 24/7 availability. And when we video-conference friends and family (oh yeah, did I mention my free long distance calling?) we can have our two web cams going at the same time, no problems. I'm a happy camper with it. -----Original Message----- From: muglo-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:muglo-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]On Behalf Of Alex Sent: August 26, 2002 02:13 To: muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [muglo] Re: isp rogers now has their new 'bundles'... supposedly if you already suscribe to full cable (meaning all of the non-digital channels), and you want digital cable, you can get cable internet for something like $15/month.... of course in reality, the price is $99... so you'd have to already have full cable and digital cable for that to be a deal.... I know some ppl now paying $90 for cable with digital (and more $$).... so I guess it would be a deal for them.... if it's even true (no confirmation from rogers on this, of course). If it is true, I guess rogers is trying to make friends... (until they raise the price again) ~Alex Users can subscribe to the List by sending an email to <muglo-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with 'subscribe' in the Subject field Users can unsubscribe from the List by sending an email to <muglo-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field Users must send messages or replies to <muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> All messages are archived so that you can view them at any time by going to <//www.freelists.org/archives/muglo> Problems concerning use of the FreeList should be sent to <paulthomas@xxxxxxx> Don't forget to periodically check our web site at: http://muglo.on.ca/ Users can subscribe to the List by sending an email to <muglo-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with 'subscribe' in the Subject field Users can unsubscribe from the List by sending an email to <muglo-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with 'unsubscribe' in the Subject field Users must send messages or replies to <muglo@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> All messages are archived so that you can view them at any time by going to <//www.freelists.org/archives/muglo> Problems concerning use of the FreeList should be sent to <paulthomas@xxxxxxx> Don't forget to periodically check our web site at: http://muglo.on.ca/
