There is probably an Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message you're receiving, Colin. We're always warned not to click on these when they come with spam, because it just confirms to the spammers that they've found a legitimate address that they can then flood with even more junk. However, the Hot Mail stuff is coming from a legitimate source, i.e., Apple, and so unsubscribing should do just what it says it will.
