Well, I'll be . . . blessed. The MUGLO message I just sent has shown up properly in my Mail smart mailbox set up for MUGLO traffic, with the rule rewritten as per Wayne's advice. It has also shown up, as expected, in the regular inbox on Safari/Rogers/Yahoo, the dedicated MUGLO folder there having been deleted as noted below. Problem solved.
