[muglo] Re: Translation bugs ? :-)

It would be nice to get rid of these symbols =3D=, =20=, =3D, etc.!!  
Does anyone know how they get there?  I have heard that it can happen 
if one creates a message in a WP and then copy/paste it into aan 
email??  This may be due to using curly quotes in a WP??
