[muglo] Saving Radio Files

I spend quite a bit of time listening to radio programmes from BBC
Radio4 using iPlayer; in some cases podcasts are available but not
all. Can anyone tell me if there is anyway of saving any of these?
I have tried iTunes and Audio Hijack without any success and
wondering if anyone has found a way of doing this using either of
these programmes or some other programme?
Any help would be appreciated
