I agree with what Theresa has said and the only time I bought a Mac  
from Future Shop was when they had an 'open  box' (had been on  
display) computer on a considerably reduced price which was perfectly  
all right and saved several hundred dollars (I can't remember the  
actual details now... and this was perfectly ok.
