In Terminal run this command... "sudo -s launchctl load -w 
/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ftp.plist".To turn it off run this command... 
"sudo -s launchctl unload -w /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/ftp.plist".
The IP will be whatever your computer is using. To find it go to your System 
Preferences -> Network. Select the interface with the green light. You'll see 
the IP listed in the main window.
