Again that was more of a problem when doing a 100 of something. Fixing the "jam" (which was the error code it gave) is as simple as popping the cover lifting it up a couple of inches and pushing it back into place. The printer would continue from there. Sometimes I had to stroke a little sensor (? - felt/looked like teflon) just above the pick up but haven't had to do that for over 6 months now. Martin Eh!
