Culvert 3, yes. My bad! I just referred to Jennifer's map and realized my
error.
Sora is at Culvert 3 on the south side. Not Culvert 2 closer to the arboretum.

look into the culvert, look to the reeds on the far left side, where the water
ends. It was coming in and out of cover there.
