I'm new, and I see several recommendations for projecting waypoints. My manual
(Sportrak Map) doesn't explicitly mention projecting waypoints, so I'm a little
in the dark.
I think that one way to do this might be: To put my Magellan SportTrak Map in a
fine-scale map screen on the cursor mode. Then I just move the cursor until it
indicates on the bottom of the screen the data I want. For example, if the
cache info wants me to go BRG 090, 432 ft. I run the cursor out from my
position until those numbers show up on the bottom of the screen, and then I
just walk to the cursor. Is that right? If not, can you help?

I think several caches I've found, notably ST caches, would have been easier if
I knew how to project waypoints. Can anyone help?
Thank, Tim (RangerTim)
