All I found was that the sound clips are the legal property of CDnow and
should not be copied. But I didn't spend an inordinate amount of time there.
My guess is that the sound clips may be permitted to be included on a Web
site with a link to CDnow. But, I could be wrong. As I said, if you know you
are in the right, simply copy the disclaimer and send it to the admin that
rejected your cache.

If that still doesn't work, just take the sample out, or buy the whole CD
(which I still think is going to be more attractive than a sound clip
anyway!) and try again. The Admins will usually go ahead and approve a cache
once it meets their criteria.
