Yes you can access the caches on the CO, the problem (like on the 60CSX) is
you don't see two caches there when looking at the map figuring out where to
go.  If they were slightly apart (like a 100 feet) you could see there are
two caches there.  One could put one cache on one side of the parking area
and one on the other.
