Yes, just follow the groundspeak guidelines and all will be well.

For more info than you ever wanted to know about park rules and such, 
you can always refer to the Missouri Geocachers Assoc.  at 
www.Mogeo.com   and see the Land Use page of the website.  (link on left 
of page)
